Note
Following is the processing fee charged to the borrower:
 
Housing Loan

Amount Slab Processing Fees
Upto Rs.2 lakhs Rs.111/-
Above Rs.2.00 lakhs to Rs.1 crore Rs.111/- per lakh or part thereof.
Above Rs.1 crore Rs.11,020/- for Rs.1 crore plus Rs.138 per Rs.1 lakh or part thereof.
 
Non-agricultural advances & other than housing loan

Amount Slab Processing Fees
Upto Rs.25,000/- Nil
Rs.25,001/- to Rs.2,00,000 Rs.111/-
Rs.2,00,001 to Rs.1.00 crore Rs.220/- per Rs.1 lakh or part thereof.
Above Rs.1.00 crore Rs.22,040/- for Rs.1 crore plus Rs.138/- per Rs.1 lakh or part thereof.
 
Agricultural Loans

Amount Slab Processing Fees
Upto & inclusive of Rs.25,000/- Nil
Rs.25,001/- to Rs.2.00 lakhs Rs.111/-
Above Rs.2.00 lakhs to Rs.1.00 crore Rs.111/- per Rs.1.00 lakh or part thereof.
Above Rs.1.00 crore 0.55% on the total project outlay (limit sanctioned + margin money)
 
Note

The processing charges will be collected at the time of initial processing. However, the amount of processing charges collected will be refunded if the bank turns down the proposal. However, if borrower fails to avail the loan, the processing charges will not be refunded.
