Eligibility
Eligibility The Nurse should be employed in Government recognized institutions or with hospitals and nursing homes of repute as permanent employees.
Salaried Class Income of Rs 60000/- p.a.
Self employed/Business Class Income of Rs 50000/- p.a.
Deposit Rs 50,000/- for 2 years
Credit facility Rs 2 lakh
SB Account Average balance of Rs 50,000/- for atleast previous 6 months

Minimum card limit Rs 5,000/-
Maximum card limit Rs 75,000/-
Cash withdrawal facility Rs 25000/- or 50% of the card limit whichever is lower
Cash withdrawal limit for add-on Rs 2,500/-
Entrance Fee Free
Advance Annual subscription LIFE TIME FREE*

* Non use of the card for a minimum amount of Rs 10,000/- for a continuous period of 12 months will attract a penalty of Rs 100/- . The Nurse’s card gets cancelled automatically if not used for a continuous period of 15 months. Other charges like hotlisting charges, replacement charges, duplicate statement charges etc. will be levied as applicable.
